At Legal24by7, we stand behind the quality of our services. We offer a transparent refund policy so you can engage with us with confidence. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
2. Service Fee vs. Government Fees
Our service fee covers our professional time, expertise, and processing. Government fees (MCA filing fees, trademark fees, GST registration fees, etc.) are paid directly to the relevant government authority on your behalf and are non-refundable under any circumstance once submitted.
3. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund of our service fee in the following situations:
• Order not started: If you cancel within 24 hours of placing the order and our team has not yet initiated the process, you are eligible for a 100% refund of the service fee.
• Order in progress: If you cancel after our team has started work but before documents have been filed with the government, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the service fee.
• Order completed / filed: Once documents have been submitted to the government authority, no refund is applicable on the service fee.
• Service not deliverable: If we determine we are unable to deliver the service due to reasons within our control, we will issue a full refund of the service fee.
4. Guaranteed Refund Cases
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee (service fee) in the following cases:
• We miss our stated internal processing deadline for reasons within our control
• The service is rejected by the government authority due to an error made by our team
• Duplicate payment made by the client
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
• Delays or rejections caused by incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent information provided by the client
• Government portal downtime, regulatory changes, or other force majeure events
• Change of mind after work has commenced
• Client unresponsiveness leading to delay or lapse of the application
• Government fees, once paid
6. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:
1. Email us at support@legal24by7.com with the subject "Refund Request — [Order ID]"
2. Include your order ID, registered email, and reason for the refund request
3. Our team will review and respond within 3 business days
4. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
7. Partial Services
For bundled service packages, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis based on the components of the package that have not yet been initiated.
